AssettoCorsa. This is probably the ideal keyboard setting. 2.5 for everything (2.5 Steering Speed, 2.5 Return Rate, 2.5 Opposite Lock Speed). It's REALLY playable with these settings perhaps even more than a pad. Good luck!
AssettoCorsa, especially the most recent versions, the controller setings are great. You can try pushing the stick forward and rotating it left and right for a more gradual steering, but I've never found a way that's usable. This is how I did it in iRacing when I got started. Was actually half competitive.
