🐷 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso 2008 Problems

There is definately a Citroen Inforapid bulletin on the fuel flap problem on C4 Picassos. As far as I recall the problem is with the pin that releases the flap not moving back and forwards as normal. I'm sure the fix for dealers was to make a slight adjustment to this pin (rather than needing any new parts). I'll check out what it says and Sat Dec 03 2011, 02:09pm. Member No: #23077. It's the standard RD4 I believe, had the radio out and it's all connected but there did seem to be tape around Hi, I have a Citroen C4 Picasso (B78) with 1.6HDi (115) engine. VIN - VF7*****[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] I was wondering where the EGR valve location is and if it's worth taking it apart and cleaning it? Can it be cleaned, or does it never need touching? If it can be cleaned, is it best to just clean or replace? My C4 Grand Picasso 1.6 started to have this squeak / rattle after 12 months / 20000 miles. As above post it went in for the rubber mountings to be replaced but that made no difference. It's been back in for the dealer to look at other possible causes, the rear axle was mentioned as the possible cause. Investigation by the dealer showed a complete failure of cables and motor costing £1000 to replace and repair. I noted two recalls in the past for electronic handbrake hold issues but my car is not on the list. Its a Jan 2008 model with 80,000 miles. Appears that one injector died without warning, but it's one hell of a coincidence that it happened just when I opened the front door at under 10mph while coasting. A generic code reader indicates that No 1 injector is dead. An exchange injector is £336 from GSF - £514 from Citroen. Haven't yet tried anyone else. Well took my car back to Citroen to try loading the software while the car was cold - didn't fix the problem. Citroen then told me they thought the car's clutch needed replacing but to do a proper diagnosis the would need to remove the gearbox - £350.00. If the clutch then needed replacing the total job - they estimated - would be £915.00! Citroen C4 Grand Picasso - Rear air suspension failure - again - Citroen C4 rear suspension fau Regards your problems with C4 rear suspension, mine has been playing up on my 59 plate exclusive and main agent confirmed problem and said Citroen couldn't help as I didn't have full main agent service history and quoted little under £500. Hello, new to the site (and world of elderly Citroen ownership) This might be a bit of a story but bear with me, if you don't care for the back story, jump to below the line. I bought a C4 Grand Picasso from 2008 with ~300.000km on it, not a new racer, but need 7 seats for my family and since money doesn't grow on trees this was our option.
